Friday Open GK training, ages 13 and up, begins Friday 12th April

We will be having open GK training sessions every Friday from 5pm until dark at KSC, beginning 12th April and continuing through early August.  This is open to all KSC GKs ages 13 and older on a pay-as-you-go basis.  The fee is $30 per GK per session, attend as many or as few as you wish.  The training is serious but the format is flexible.  This is an opportunity for GKs to get extra work on shots, crosses, footwork & agility, distribution, and 1-v-1 skills, training alongside many of the best GKs in the region.  Cash or checks (payable to Keith Duncan) accepted, feel free to contact me with any further questions at Calypso157@comcast.net

Saturday Open GK, ages 8 to 12, begins Saturday, April 20th

Open GK Training for younger players ages 8 to 12 begins this Saturday 20th April and continues through early August.  GK training will be Saturdays from 10am to 11:15am at KSC, please check the club’s information board for exact field location as it can vary from week to week.  No need to sign up in advance, attend as many or as few sessions as you wish.  The cost is $30 per GK per session, cash or check (payable to Keith Duncan).  This is a great opportunity for young GKs to get extra one-on-one and small group training with Keith Duncan and his instructors, as well as learning how to train on their own or with their team when a GK coach isn’t available.  Please contact Keith Duncan with any questions Calypso157@comcast.net
