Mandatory Check-in 1 hour before your first game.  Each team will require:

• 2 copies of your state approved roster
• Player passes for every participating player (our tournament accepts state rosters and player passes or US Club rosters and US Club player passes)
• Medical releases for every participating player (including guest players)
• Permission to travel (only for teams from states that require it)
• Guest players and their information need to be written on the bottom of the rosters (if applicable)
• Guest players must be the same organization as the roster.  Example:  If you team is registered with US Club then all guest player passes must be US Club.

NO Pets, Smoking, Alcohol, or Abusive language.

Please insure you player’s information on gotsoccer.com is filled out and up to date by Wednesday 7/28.  Each college coach attending the tournament will receive booklet with this information for every team.
